Our Mission

Breaking down social barriers between students with disabilities and students without disabilities.

Unity Club aims to break down social barriers that may be present between students with disabilities and students without disabilities in high school. Present as school clubs at several high schools in Richmond, BC, the unity club allows leaders at each school to plan their own activities and events. Most commonly, the unity club runs 1-2 lunch hours per week at each respective school. As a collective, the Unity Club hosts events throughout the year which allow unity club members from different schools to build friendships through shared experiences. Examples of events include movie nights, bowling nights, and our year end Spirit Dance.
